AYS Works is serving as the General Contractor for the Longevity Lab—an ambitious, large-scale wellness and research facility that demands precision, leadership, and construction excellence at every level.

Spanning over 800 feet in length, the building will be a landmark example of advanced mass-timber construction, designed entirely using Glulam beams and CLT panels. From an uneven site to a fully realized, future-ready longevity campus, AYS Works will lead the project from groundworks to final integration.

From Ground to Structure

The site presented significant topographical challenges. Our scope began with comprehensive grading and site preparation, followed by the execution of a robust foundation system engineered to support a long-span timber superstructure.

From there, the erection of the mass-timber frame—aligning structural accuracy, sequencing, and material protection across the full 800-foot footprint will begin. Every element is placed with intent, ensuring strength, durability, and architectural clarity.

A Building of Extraordinary Complexity

The Longevity Lab houses over 100 treatment rooms, each designed with distinct functional, technical, and aesthetic requirements. In addition, the facility integrates:

Multiple gyms and performance spaces

Swimming pools with specialized structural and MEP considerations

Three open-to-sky cutouts, carefully coordinated for drainage, daylighting, and spatial experience

An open library that balances acoustics, openness, and warmth

A koi pond at the entrance, blending structure, waterproofing, landscaping, and visual serenity

As General Contractor, AYS Works is coordinating all trades to ensure that these varied environments function independently—yet feel unified as a single, coherent experience.

Envelope, Systems, and Integration

We are executing the building’s glass-paneled façade, aligning transparency with performance, precision, and structural tolerance. Behind the architecture, our team will integrate complex MEP and open systems, ensuring seamless operation without compromising the clean, refined spatial language of the building.

This required meticulous coordination between structure, services, and finishes—particularly critical in a facility where wellness, technology, and experience intersect.
