AYS Works, a premier general contractor company, is currently undertaking an extraordinary construction project: the Nutrition Nest, an innovative experiential kitchen combined with an organic store that seamlessly blends architecture with nature and was Designed by BNIM, a renowned architectural firm with focus on sustainability.

The Vision

Nutrition Nest is designed as a unique destination where culinary experiences meet sustainable living. This experiential kitchen and organic store offers visitors an immersive environment to explore nutrition, cooking, and organic products while surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty.

Architectural Marvel

The structure showcases remarkable engineering, suspended elegantly between two rolling hills with its center floating above a stunning ravine. This positioning creates a dramatic architectural statement while maintaining harmony with the landscape.

Structural Components

• Metal Truss Support System: Provides the primary structural framework, enabling the building to span across the challenging terrain.

• Wooden Pillars and Beams: Manufactured by Haring Timber Technologies, these timber elements add warmth and organic character to the structure while providing essential support.

• Glass Envelope: A continuous glass facade creates transparency and visual connection with the surrounding landscape, blurring the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces.

• CLT Roof: Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) roofing combines sustainability with structural efficiency, completing the building's eco-conscious design.

Minimal Environmental Impact

The construction process has been carefully planned to minimize disturbance to the surrounding nature. Sophisticated crane systems were deployed to transport and install massive glass panels, each ranging from 150 to 200 square feet, with some installations reaching heights of over 18 feet. This approach eliminated the need for extensive ground clearing and preserved the site's natural character.

Infrastructure Development

Beyond the main structure, AYS Works has also developed:

Complete MEP Integration
